About
We build the layer between
AI output and production.
AI tools can generate a working prototype — or a striking image — in minutes. Getting that output to production — governed, secured, documented, repeatable — is a different problem. Stackbilder closes that gap: img-forge for production image pipelines, governed scaffolds for production codebases.
What we build
Platform and services. Both, not one or the other.
Stackbilder — the tool
A developer platform for building on Cloudflare's edge network. img-forge generates production image assets — 11 models, one endpoint, flat credits, REST + MCP. The scaffolder turns an app description into a governed, production-ready codebase with threat analysis, ADRs, and test plans. Free tiers on both; Pro unlocks every model tier and LLM polish.
Consulting engagements
Fixed-scope services that produce tangible artifacts — not slide decks or advisory retainers. Single-process AI audits for businesses that want one workflow automated. Cloudflare-native MVP buildouts for technical founders. Security Trust Bundles for procurement-sensitive teams.
Thesis
Deterministic structure. Bounded AI. Human approval.
Most AI software tooling treats the model as the primary actor. We treat the model as a constrained tool operating within deterministic structure — scaffolds, governance rules, and explicit human approval gates.
The result is software that is auditable, predictable, and owned by the people who commissioned it. No vendor lock-in to us. No black-box generation you can't explain to a security reviewer. Every output is a file you own.
This thesis runs through everything we build — the scaffold engine (Phase 1 is deterministic, Phase 2 LLM polish operates within Phase 1's constraints), the AEGIS autonomous operations system we run ourselves, and the service engagements where we produce artifacts a client can read, verify, and use regardless of whether they ever work with us again.
Team
Built and operated by one principal and one agent.
This is not a metaphor. Both entities ship production code.

Founder · stackbilt.dev
Builder of edge-native software on Cloudflare Workers. Prior work in internal tooling, workflow automation, and AI-assisted systems. Stackbilder is the tooling layer I built for my own projects, then opened up.
AEGIS
Persistent autonomous operations agent · Cloudflare Workers
A long-running AI agent that classifies, routes, remembers, ships code, and improves itself — from GitHub issue to merged PR, autonomously. Built on the same architectural thesis as every Stackbilder service: deterministic structure surrounding probabilistic AI, with human approval gates at every meaningful decision point.
