Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stackbilder ("the Service"), provided by Stackbilt LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stackbilder is a developer platform that generates governed, production-ready codebases with security threat analysis, architectural decision records, and test plans. The Service also includes AI image generation via img-forge. The Service is available via browser and API.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute generated artifacts without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Scaffold artifacts, governance output, and generated images produced by Stackbilder are yours to use. The Service itself, including its scaffolding engine, governance pipeline, and user interface, remains the intellectual property of Stackbilt LLC.

6. Service Plans and Billing

Free plan usage is subject to monthly limits. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly at flat rates with no per-action charges. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stackbilt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Generated scaffold artifacts and governance output are recommendations and should be reviewed before production use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface or email.
