Dated release ledger
Every public edition exposes a version, publication date, verification date, and snapshot impact.
· 0.1.1
Early-access and reviewer-interest capture
Replaced placeholder Leanpub and unconnected signup CTAs with a consented field-guide interest flow, visible data-owner and retention copy, privacy link, UTM/referrer capture, and minimal launch funnel events.
Snapshot impact: Web edition conversion surface only. Print and EPUB snapshots are not published in v0.1.
· 0.1.0-diagram-refresh
Diagram semantics refresh
Converted the job lifecycle into an explicit finite-state diagram, rebuilt the routing ladder as an escalation path, shortened edge labels, and aligned figure styling with the Stackbilder visual grammar.
Snapshot impact: Web edition diagrams only. Print and EPUB snapshots are not published in v0.1.
· 0.1.0
Public static field-guide surface
Published the indexable resource landing page, free introduction, Chapter 2 sample, production checklist, reference architecture, four editable diagram assets, and release ledger.
Snapshot impact: Web edition only. Print and EPUB snapshots are not published in v0.1.
· manuscript-sync
Verified manuscript source boundary
Curated public content from aegis/book manuscript files into stackbilt-web static content. Runtime does not read from the sibling manuscript repository.
Snapshot impact: No paid edition snapshot generated by this repo.
Static content and asset pipeline
The manuscript source of truth remains in aegis/book/ until the paid edition is stable. This web app publishes a curated, sanitized copy as static Astro data and public assets. It does not read from the sibling manuscript repository at runtime.
Pipeline documentation is committed at the diagram source section and in the repository file docs/field-guide/the-edge-that-thinks-pipeline.md.
- Review manuscript chapters and source claims in
aegis/book. - Copy only approved public excerpts into
src/content/field-guide.ts. - Place stable Mermaid, SVG, and launch assets under
public/field-guide. - Run link, SEO, navigation, visual, typecheck, and build checks before release.
Errata and source policy
Externally checkable release behavior, prices, quotas, model availability, and beta status must cite dated official sources and carry a visible verified-through date.
Public errata entries should state what changed, whether the web edition changed, and whether print or EPUB snapshots are affected. v0.1 has no print or EPUB snapshot generated from this repository.
